Tehran: John Abraham welcomes Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar to the cast
The makers of Tehran have released another fascinating update relating to the action thriller after releasing John Abraham's look, which garnered a lot of praise and positive comments.
Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar has now joined John Abraham on location for the film's shoot. Since it was announced that Tehran, which is based on actual events, has been getting a lot of attention, the casting of Manushi will undoubtedly excite viewers even more. With the release of Samrat Prithviraj (2022) earlier this year, Manushi made her acting debut. Akshay Kumar played the lead role in the Yash Raj Films-produced movie.
The news was shared on the production banner's Twitter account along with pictures of the actor. Chhillar poses with Abraham in the photos while sporting short hair, holding a rifle. The caption read, "Our #Tehran family gets bigger & better. Welcoming the very talented & gorgeous
Ritesh Shah and Ashish Prakash Verma wrote Tehran. The film is a Maddock Films and Bake My Cake Films collaboration.
The movie is scheduled to release on Republic Day next year.
In addition to these, John Abraham awaits the release of movies like Pathaan and Ek Villain Returns. In Pathaan, he will co-star alongside Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, and in Ek Villain Returns, he will star alongside Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani.
