Thalapathy Vijay to do a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan without charging a penny?
Shah Rukh Khan is making his much awaited comeback after a hiatus of four years. The superstar has back to back projects in his kitty and it has generated crazy buzz among the fans. One of his most anticipated projects has to be Jawan, directed by South filmmaker Atlee. The film will also mark SRK’s first pan-Indian project. The teaser for the film was unveiled a few weeks back, and has created a strong hype among fans. The most recent reports claim that Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay, who is close to both the director and SRK, will make a cameo appearance in the film.
It has been reported that Thalapathy Vijay will have a minor role in the film and that he is not charging a single penny for it. In September, Atlee and Khan will shoot many significant scenes in Chennai. For the same, set works have already started. According to reports, Vijay has scheduled one day for the Chennai shoot in the middle of September. He has turned down payment for his work since he shares a close bond with Khan and the filmmaker.
Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara will play the main leads in Jawan, which is billed to be a big-budget entertainer. The film's antagonist is going to be played by Vijay Sethupathi. The supporting cast includes Manahar Kumar, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Yogi Babu, Simarjeet Singh Nagra, and Sunil Grover.
