According to reports, comedian-actor Kapil Sharma has been cast in Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon's upcoming film directed by Rhea and Ekta Kapoor. According to rumours, Kapil Sharma has been signed on by The Crew's producers to play a significant part in the movie. The report said, “Kapil has an amazing role in The Crew, and the team is extremely excited to have him onboard. In fact, his role will be a pleasant surprise for the audience. He will start filming for it soon.”
