‘The Kerala Story’ is currently embroiled in a lot of controversies. The film stars Adah Sharma in the titular role and revolves around how women in Kerala were brainwashed to convert into Islam and join ISIS. Even before the film has released, there have been protests to ban it from releasing in theatres.
Now, according to a report by a news portal, the film has become a victim of piracy.
According to the news report, the film is available for free download in HD print on various sites like Tamilrockers and Movierulz. The report suggests that the film is also available for download on Telegram. With the film being leaked, there are high chances of the film not fetching the desired Box Office numbers.
For the uninitiated, the film’s teaser has claimed that around 32,000 women have been converted into Islam and that topic has become a national debate. There was also a petition sent to the court around the same. There are some celebrated personalities who have stood against the movie including Shashi Tharoor who claimed that they movie misrepresented the reality.
