The Kerala Story: MP Abu Asim Azmi Wants The Makers To Be ARRESTED For Spreading 'False Information' (Watch Video)

The movie ‘The Kerala Story’ is trending on social media right now. The movie tells the story of how Love Jihad helped girls join the feared terrorist group ISIS. While the movie has received a lot of criticism, some people don't think it should be outlawed. This film is causing a huge stir all throughout India, following ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘Pathaan’. Vipul Amrutlal Shah is the producer of the film ‘The Kerala Story’. He claimed that after hearing the girls' tales, he was inspired to turn them into a film. Everyone must exercise caution while discussing religious indoctrination since it has the potential to incite intergroup violence.

Abu Asim Azmi, a Samajwadi Party lawmaker, has called for the detention of manufacturers. Vipul Amrutlal Shah and the creator Sudipto Sen must be taken into custody, according to Azmi. The number of missing girls from Kerala who were mentioned in the original trailer has been revised. A disclaimer stating that it is a work of fiction has been added. The MP claimed that although interfaith marriage has been practised for centuries, such movies only serve to further polarise society. Each Indian is allowed to follow whichever religion they like, he claimed.

The movie is receiving a lot of support from several sources. Others believe it needs to be proven if it deals with terrorism, despite the radical right wing's full support. It appears that the movie is being evaluated by states like Tamil Nadu, which would increase its presence outside theatres and gathering places. There has even been a PIL filed in Kerala.
