The Tenant, a drama centered on Shamita Shetty's role and highlighting the challenges of a single woman in society, also features Swanand Kirkire, Sheeba Chaddha, and Rudraksh Jaiswal. The Tenant is a social drama written and directed by Sushrut Jain that tells the tale of a single, independent woman who rents a flat in a conservative housing society, and how she deals with the frowns, prejudices, and quick judgments that come her way as she experiences everything from teenage crushes to adult lust.
