Kareena Kapoor Khan made her debut in Bollywood with the 2000 film Refugee (2000) and since then, she has come a long way in her acting career with several blockbusters credited to her filmography.
But her acting career is not the only thing that has gotten better over the years; she has also become beautiful day by day. Despite being the mother of two, the 41-year-old Bollywood beauty is still shining more than most of the youngsters in the industry.
When Kareena first entered the industry around 20 years ago, her look was innocent as compared to her today’s diva style. In 2007, her career and style witnessed a massive change with her film Jab We Met (2007) setting the box office on fire. The Kapoor lass later underwent a massive transformation as she began her weight loss journey to get the size zero for her 2008 film Tashan.
Later, Kareena Kapoor Khan got married to Saif Ali Khan in 2012, and then in 2016, she was pregnant with Taimur. But she wasn’t embarrassed due to her double chin and increased weight. The fitness-conscious diva quickly went on her journey to lose all the post-pregnancy weight with pilates.
Kareena Kapoor Khan also puts a lot of thought into her diet, from almonds to curd rice and paneer to peanuts. The diva follows the nutritious vegetarian diet in her day-to-day life.
Apart from diet, Kareena has also done regular Yoga since 2006, which is also a big contributor to her fitness and beauty. Even after two pregnancies, Bebo is still giving a fit and fab lifestyle inspiration to all.
