Veteran actor Dharmendra celebrated his birthday in an intimate gathering with friends and family just the day before, making his special day even more memorable. The Bollywood star's grandson Karan Deol and son Sunny Deol organised a havan for his well-being, and Dharamji's wife, actress Hema Malini, celebrated his birthday with a cake cutting ceremony. The former actor and the couple's daughter Esha Deol shared pictures from the birthday celebrations on social media.

Hema Malini posted a number of images from Dharmendra's quiet and private birthday celebrations on Twitter. There were a few additional pictures of the formerly well-known Bollywood couple, in addition to the obligatory one with the couple's daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol and son-in-law Bharat Takhtani. On the professional front, Dharmendra will next be featured in the 2023 movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is directed by Karan Johar and stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. In addition, he is also working on the sequel Apne 2 alongside his sons Sunny and Bobby Deol. The veteran actor has signed up to another intriguing film called IKKIS, which would star Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, namely. Sriram Raghavan is the director of Agastya Nanda, the son of Shweta Bachchan.
