Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the Hockey World Cup 2023 in the presence of Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur, senior state ministers, various state officers, senior officials of FIH (International Hockey Federation), Hockey India, and a 50,000-strong crowd at Cuttack's Stadium in Odisha on Wednesday. This global sporting Hockey carnival was held for the second successive time by the Odisha Government. Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Disha Patani's performances lightened up the sky, along with the wonderful performances of the BLACK SWAN, a global girl music group.
