Bollywood has always been popular for relationships between celebrities. Once upon a time, Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta, two of the most popular celebrities were such close friends that there were rumors that they were dating or apparently having a fling. However, the stars once made an attempt to deny the rumors and defend the purported affair. They attracted their excellent on-screen chemistry to real couples that lack chemistry in real life.

They immediately discovered their mistake after saying it, and their host was quick to catch it. The two celebrities, who had almost flawless chemistry together, kept defending themselves while remaining unnamed in regard to the chemistry joke they made.

At that point, director-host Karan Johar interrupted them and exclaimed, "OK, Ho Gaya Na!" Preity Zinta was left speechless as he also pretended to make a mistake. He then said, "OK ho gaya naa," while applying pressure on them.

Preity was shocked by this as Karan had previously made crude remarks about the chemistry between Aishwarya Rai and her ex-boyfriend Vivek Oberoi in their movie ‘Kyun! Ho Gaya Naa’. The discussion was quickly taken over by Saif, who spoke about how their mutual trust has helped to create a comfortable space between them.

Online trolls were cruel and degrading in their jabs at Saif and Preity. A troll wrote, “Everyone knew that Saif & Preity were f*ck-buddies back then, as well as Fardeen & Kareena, a crude troll said. The infamous Pepsi adverts featured rumours of double hook-ups. However, since Fardeen & Preity are happily wed to other people and Saif & Kareena ended up getting married, there are no bad feelings. Another troll penned, “Lol” I can't stand Preity #metooisajoke Zinta, so I won't say anything positive, a different troll commented.” Another person who saw the video was horrified by it and posted a comment which read, "Isn't Preity Zinta bffs with Aishwarya??!!?"
