Tiger Shroff's shirtless kettlebell workout not only had fans drooling but also brushed away our Monday blues as the weekend came to a close. Tiger served up the perfect workout motivation this Sunday, from effortlessly executing a kettlebell exercise to nailing a 60kg dumbbell press, and we are inspired.
Taking to social media, the fitness fanatic uploaded a video directly from the gym, giving fans a sneak preview of his strenuous workout. Tiger was seen flexing his chiseled muscles as he did stand with his naked back to the camera and conducted kettlebell exercises followed by a 60kg dumbbell press while sweating it out in a pair of black trousers. Have a look at the video:
Exercising with a kettlebell helps to develop core muscles as well as upper and lower body strength. The hamstrings and quads are the muscles targeted during the exercise. Swinging the kettlebell can improve grip strength and target the practitioner's glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings in the lower body, back, shoulders, and triceps in the upper body, and core all in one move. It improves the strength, function, and coordination of the posterior chain, increases speed and power with the clean and jerk, and aids in achieving the posture of a military soldier, with a straight back, shoulders pulled back, a tight core, and significantly improved back health.
Tiger Shroff will be soon be seen opposite Tara Sutaria in the sequel of Heropanti 2. Tiger will also star opposite Akshay Kumar in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan 2.
