Unaffected by death threats, Salman Khan flies off to Hyderabad for filming Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali

While the entire country is still coming to terms with the gruesome murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, an anonymous letter threatening to kill Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan has been discovered in Bandra. The letter was found by Salim Khan's security staff and the unknown person has vowed to perform a 'Moose Wala' incident with the father-son duo.

Notably, the incident occurred days after it was reported that Salman's security had been tightened up after news broke out that he is on the hit list of Lawrence Bishnoi - a key suspect in the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala.

The Mumbai Police has filed an FIR and dispatched a team of officials to the actor's residence to conduct further probe.

However, unperturbed by the death threats, Salman has not let the episode affect his work schedule and commitments. He has flown to Hyderabad to shoot for his upcoming film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.

"Salman and the entire team will be flying to Hyderabad today for a 25-day schedule of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Thereafter, Salman will return and join the Tiger 3 schedule in Mumbai," a source close to the actor revealed.

Meanwhile, the actor's security has been tightened considerably. Mumbai Police is keeping a close eye on the actor's Bandra residence and a probe is on to nab the culprit threatening the actor and his father.

On the work front, besides Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Salman Khan will be next seen in a cameo as Prem in Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's much-awaited film Laal Singh Chaddha (2022), scheduled to hit cinemas on 11 August.

Furthermore, Khan will also make a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham starrer Pathan (2023) and appear in a full-fledged role in Tiger 3 (2023), alongside Katrina Kaif.
