The release of Varun Dhawan's next movie Bhediya, which also features Kriti Sanon in a lead role, is rapidly approaching. To promote his film, the actor has traveled to various national locations. In a recent interview, Varun said he had a crush on tennis player Sania Mirza. During their first advertisement shoot, he also recounted his awkward interaction with her mother, Nasima Mirza.
When asked about his first payday, Varun explained that he was an intern at a production company and that their job was to work on an advertisement that would have Sania Mirza as the star. He was instructed to obtain 300 pairs of shoes, which he did by going to Linking Road. Varun had a significant crush on Sania. Thus, it was a great moment for him on set.
"When I returned the apples to Sania after she had requested them, Sania's mother stopped me and inquired about my destination. These apples are for Sania, I retorted. Because I had a major crush on her, I didn't address her as ma'am. My mother Sania assumed I was on crack, "'Curly Tales,' said Varun.
As her mother said, "Sania doesn't eat apples," Varun claimed he was quaking with terror. Before her, he began to stumble. Sania, however, was there to come to his aid. When she intervened, I was requested to fetch the apples, and she said she needed them. After that, Varun felt relieved. He disclosed that he had been paid Rs 5,000 for the commercial shoot.
The comedy-horror movie Bhediya was made by Dinesh Vijan and directed by Amar Kaushik. The film's protagonist is Bhaskar (played by Varun).
