Varun Dhawan in talks to collaborate with Nitesh Tiwari
Last seen in Coolie No. 1 (2020), Varun Dhawan has some interesting projects lined-up for release in 2022. And if fresh reports are to be believed, he is now in talks with hit filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari for an upcoming film. More details are expected to be out in due course of time.
In addition to Tiwari, Dhawan is rumoured to be in talks with Rajkumar Hirani also. “Varun has done multiple meetings with Rajkumar Hirani over the last few months, and both have shown keen interest in the collaboration,” a source had earlier informed a publication.
Adding further, he said, “It is a typical slice-of-life film based on a true story written by Rajkumar Hirani himself and will go on floors next year. The film will mark the directorial debut of one of Rajkumar Hirani’s chief assistant directors and everyone is very charged up about the project in question.”
Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan next will be seen in Dharma Productions’ Jug Jugg Jeeyo, alongside Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor. He also has Maddock Films’ much-anticipated horror-comedy film Bhediya in his hand. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Bhediya also stars Kriti Sanon in the lead role. Both films are scheduled to enter theaters in 2022.
