Talented actors Vivek Anand Oberoi and Rohit Bose Roy are set to reunite after a long gap of 15 years for filmmaker Prasad Kadam’s upcoming short film Verses Of War.
The two last worked together on Balaji Motion Pictures and White Feather Films’ action gangster crime drama Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007). Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the film was a great success at the box office.
Vivek Oberoi and Rohit Roy took to their respective social media handles and shared a new poster of Verses of War.
“A story of two extra-ordinary men, a story of two nations, a story which will melt even the coldest souls is about to release very soon on #FNPMedia #VersesOfWar,” Rohit Roy wrote on Twitter.
The short film traces the unlikely friendship between a Pakistani officer and the PoW, based on their shared love for poetry.
It features Vivek Oberoi as the brave Indian soldier while Rohit Roy portrays the character of a Pakistani Army official. Verses of War is produced by Vikaas Gutgutia and Girish Johar.
