The casting controversy surrounding Farhan Akhtar's movie "Jee Le Zaraa" won't go away any time soon. Recently, there were rumors that Priyanka Chopra had quit the movie, and now, if rumors are to be believed, even Katrina Kaif has made the decision to skip this movie about the camaraderie between three females on a journey.

Although the cause of the same has not yet been made public, people are now undoubtedly upset with the casting. According to the same sources, Kiara Advani and Anushka Sharma have emerged as the new candidates for the movie after PeeCee and Kat opted to leave it.

Fans, who were only captivated on this movie due of a fantastic cast, are now unsure about the casting. According to reports, Priyanka Chopra Jonas opted to quit on the movie since Alia couldn't commit to 2024, and Katrina Kaif followed suit very quickly. When the news spread, online viciously mocked Alia and the film's casting issues.

According to a source, Katrina left the movie right away after Priyanka Chopra. The actress from The Citadel wanted to start the movie in 2024, but Alia was already engaged for two films at that time—Nitesh Tiwari's The Ramayana and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Baiju Bawra.

Reddit users mocked Alia Bhatt in a discussion thread and offered excuses why the movie won't be made.

I love how Priyanka came up with the idea for this movie. It's impossible to create a movie without the person who came up with it, therefore I hope this movie stalls.

However, online users escalated the casting issue when they accused Alia Bhatt of being responsible for the whole alteration and targeted her one jab at a time. A few online users believed that "if PC has opted out is confirm then surely Kat would too, as her collaboration with PC was the only glue, and she would never do the project with Alia DP or Alia Bebo" "Deepika, Anushka, and Alia?" was a new casting suggestion. However, when people began offering more alternatives and a new title for the movie, the thread started to get amusing. "Urghh I can now sense Shanaya Ananya and Suhana as the final casting," one person remarked. And then the movie had a tonne of new titles. User: "Then the movie would have to be renamed to Pi le Zara, as people would need to be drunk before they agree to watch it."
