One of the most adored actresses in Bollywood is Rakul Preet Singh. She has appeared in some Bollywood films. On Diwali, her movie Thank God, which also features Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra, was released in theatres. The actress recently opened up on why she doesn't burn crackers in an interview.
As she described the experience, Rakul Preet added, "It was a memorable Diwali. I received a 500 note from my father, who instructed me to burn it. I questioned him why he was asking me to do such a thing because I was surprised. But that's precisely what you're doing, he said to him. You are purchasing and breaking crackers. What if you spend the cash on some chocolates and donate them to the poor and underprivileged?
"I was a nine or 10-year-old girl," she continued. I recall that we bought candy from the candy store and gave it to homeless people. That day, I experienced a different type of bliss and haven't popped any since.
