When Vaani Kapoor SLAMMED Plastic Surgery Rumours; Said, ‘My Face Is…’

The actress initially entered Bollywood by starring alongside Sushant Singh Rajput in Shudh Desi Romance. She also shared the screen with Parineeti Chopra in the same movie. Vaani subsequently appeared in various films, including ‘Befikre’ with Ranveer Singh, ‘Bell Bottom’ with Akshay Kumar, and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, among others. Regrettably, some of Vaani's films did not achieve substantial success at the box office.

While the anticipation for ‘Shamshera's release on July 22nd grows, it's worth recalling a time when Vaani Kapoor garnered attention due to rumors of undergoing cosmetic surgery. These speculations surfaced during her appearance in ‘Befikre’ alongside Ranveer Singh. Nonetheless, Vaani categorically denied these claims, asserting that such procedures were beyond her financial means. The rumors mainly revolved around her lips and chin, suggesting she had undergone alterations.

Dismissing the reports, Vaani Kapoor stated that her facial appearance seemed altered because of the camera and the extremely cold weather conditions. Speaking with Mid-day, Vaani Kapoor was quoted as saying, “I have lost weight; my face is bound to look different. We shot in Paris when it was freezing; the cameras keep zooming in and out. The face looks different from different angles. I can’t afford surgery, I am only one film old.”

Regarding her career, Vaani Kapoor, who was last seen in ‘Bell Bottom’ and subsequently in ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’, is now gearing up for the launch of Shamshera. The film features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, while Sanjay Dutt portrays the antagonist. The theatrical release of the film is scheduled for July 22nd of this year.
