Ayushmann Khurrana starred comedy flick Doctor G, performing poorly on weekdays

Ayushmann Khurrana's comedy picture Doctor G had a respectable opening weekend box office haul, according to data from Box Office Day 5. But now that the new week has begun, the movie is having a tough time selling tickets. Based on good word of mouth, the Bollywood film has drawn crowds to national multiplex chains, but this is not enough to guarantee that it will do well commercially. It is anticipated that Doctor G will have a difficult time in the future due to pushback from the Hindi dubbed version of Kantara.

At the box office, Kantara has been a strong rival for the Bollywood release, and even its ticket prices have been reduced. According to trade expert Taran Adarsh, Kantara's business has increased due to lower ticket costs. In the upcoming days, Doctor G will likely face a significant obstacle. The movie made Rs. 1.50 crore on Monday, and similar amounts were made on Tuesday.

Will Doctor G collapse before Diwali?

Black Adam, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, will premiere in theatres on October 20. The superhero movies will draw crowds to theaters, resulting in fewer people seeing Doctor G. Two Bollywood blockbusters, Ram Setu and Thank God, are set for release on October 25, the day after Diwali is anticipated that Doctor G will suffer in the coming days.
