The movie had a fantastic opening with an estimated Rs 38 crore in India. Dasara kept pace and did well at the box office on Day 3, April 1. On its third release day, Dasara earned a nett of Rs 13 crore (early estimations). Early estimates indicate that Dasara, a film starring Nani, has made close to Rs 100 crore worldwide and has crossed India's Rs 50 crore threshold.
