First Week Box Office: Mubarakan, it is good news Anees Bazmee!
After disappointing opening at First Day Friday, Mubarakan finally record a rise in the earning on Sunday!

It was the most anticipated comedy of the year, as there were many talented heads being associated with this movie and as per the early review were concerned it was a good movie! But, when it was released on Friday in the theatres, the response on the Box Office counter wasn’t favorable at all. Despite good script and hefty star cast, it was having hard living up to the expectations it caused! And all hopes were longed to!
Although it was opened with 15-20% attendance in the theatres on Friday and total collection for the film was 5.16crores, which was quite disappointing! And moving forward to Saturday it earned 7.38crores, with slight high on the graph. But on Sunday it managed to earn 10.37crores which were double of Friday’ earning. It all made a Total of 22.91crores. And as per the trade pundits, it is also predicted that the rest of the weekdays will also be profitable for the film.
Mubarakan is a comedy film about twins, separated at childhood, decided to take the help of their uncle to tell their families about their girlfriends and the hilarious chaos happen in the meantime is what would make you laugh! The casting of the film also includes Arjun Kapoor , Anil Kapoor , Ileana D’cruz , Athiya Shetty , Neha Sharma, Rahul Dev, Karan Kundra, Ratna Pathak , Anil Mange and also Pavan Malhotra .
