Tigmanshu Dhulia has always entertained the audience with his films like ' Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster ' and ' Paan Singh Tomar '. This time, the director Dhulia preferred to come up with a rustic and raw action-thriller ' Bullett Raja ' featuring Saif Ali Khan , Jimmy Shergill , Sonakshi Sinha , Ravi Kishan and Raj Babbar . The film came out to entertain the viewers on November 29. The movie poster flaunted a tagline "Aayenge Toh Garmi Badhayenge." But in reality, it could not do so, as the film saw a poor start at the box office. The content of the film could not engage the audience to much extent and it could not be classified as a commercial masala entertainer.
As per the reports, ' Bullett Raja ' witnessed mere 20% occupancy in Mumbai, whereas it performed at poor level in Southern regions. The local flavour of the film resulted in its low opening in Delhi and UP circuits. Being a big budget flick, it needs to achieve better figures at the box office. There was an expectation from the evening shows of the film to see better occupancy. This gangster-thriller is expected to collect around 6-7 crore nett on its first day of release.
' Bullett Raja ' must take a big leap in order to perform better, as the next week awaits a major player ' R... Rajkumar '.
