Here’s the first weekend box-office collection of Begum Jaan!
Begum Jaan crosses 10 crores mark at the box office in its opening weekend.

Mixed reviews diluted the aura of the latest film Begum Jaan . Vidya Balan ’s strong screen presence helped but, the plot got somewhere diverted into being overly dramatic. As a result the film opened on a low-note on its first day. However, Sunday turned out to a saver, making Begum Jaan cross the mark of 10 crores in its first weekend.
Begum Jaan ’s first weekend box-office collection is as follows: On Friday 3.94 crores, Saturday 3.51 crores and Sunday 4.03 crores. Therefore, the total collection is rupees Rs. 11.48 crores in its opening weekend.
Directed by Srijit Mukherji , Begum Jaan also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Guahar Khan and Pallavi Sharda, among other prominent actors.
