' Welcome 2 Karachi ' starring actors Arshad Warsi and Jackky Bhagnani has seen a dull opening on its first day. The film did not pick up much on its first weekend and collected meagre 5.40 Nett from the domestic markets. Despite being a fun comedy flick, the movie was left ignored by the masses as it had to face tough competition from ' Tanu Weds Manu Returns ' which is running extremely strong at the box-office.
The Ashish R. Mohan directorial has managed to collect 75 lakhs on its first Monday and 60 lakhs on Tuesday which makes it nett total till date Rs. 6.75 crores. It is a light hearted fun film of two dimwits who accidently land in Karachi, Pakistan and the movie is about their hilarious journey back home.
