Pathaan's Box Office Reign Soars As Russia And CIS Introduces Over 4.4K Screens In 3000 Cinemas, Jawan Awaits!
Shah Rukh Khan's return to the big screen after a four-year absence was marked with Siddharth Anand's Pathaan. The movie, which also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, broke numerous box office records. The movie, which debuted on January 25 ahead of Republic Day, has raked in a total of Rs 1055 crore in worldwide box office revenue and Rs 525 crore in net domestic revenue. Now that it's about to enter the Russian movie industry, it appears as though its overall library will increase.

On July 13, 2023, ‘Pathaan’ will be released in Russia and the CIS countries. According to media reports, it will have a wide distribution in 3000 theaters and on more than 4400 screens. You did really hear correctly! According to a Box Office Worldwide article, “Last month YRF’s ‘Pathaan’ became the first Hindi film ever to release in Bangladesh and now it is set to create history in Russia and CIS. The film will release across 4167 screens in a total of 2870 cinemas (as of night of 11th July) on 13th July in the region and this will be the widest release ever for a Hindi film.”
Ever since the official trailer for the movie ‘Pathaan’ was posted online, controversy has surrounded the movie. Although it made a huge amount of money at the box office, it received criticism for forcing Deepika Padukone to wear a saffron bikini.
