Despite huge anticipation, the latest MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) film 'The Marvels' earned a meagre Rs 2.83 crore at the Indian box office. The picture, which featured larger-than-life VFX and spectacular effects as well as a star-studded ensemble, failed to achieve the commercial expectations established by its predecessors.

On November 10, 'The Marvels,' starring Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, Teyonah Paris, Samuel Jackson, Park Seo-joon, and others, was released. The film has collected around Rs 2.83 crore as of today, November 11. The film grossed Rs 2.1 crore on its first day. Despite the film's low box office numbers, reviewers and fans lauded it for its unique plot and stunning action sequences.

The Marvels Box Office Collection in India:

Meanwhile, 'The Marvels,' directed by Nia DaCosta, is shaping up to be the lowest domestic opening ever for a Disney Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, with a 3-day swing of $47 million–$55 million, according to Deadline. This is less than 'The Incredible Hulk' ($55.4 million in 2008) and less than 'Ant-Man' ($57.2 million in 2015).
