With 37.30 crores already in its kitty, the 50 crore mark isn’t far for ‘Fukrey Returns’!

The year 2017 will end on a good note for the Fukras. ‘ Fukrey Returns ’, which released just 4 days back, has already recovered all its production and marketing cost. The film collected Rs. 32.20 crores during its first weekend and is still unstoppable at the ticket window. Made on a moderate budget of 30 crores, the film managed to pocket Rs. 5.10 crores on its first Monday, taking the total collection to Rs. 37.30 crores. With no big names in its cast, the movie is turning out to be one of the biggest hits of 2017 in the comedy genre.
‘ Fukrey Returns ’ has surpassed the lifetime collection of its previous installment, ‘ Fukrey ’ and now the film looks set to achieve the 50 crores mark in week 1 itself. Released on 8th December 2017, the film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and stars Pulkit Samrat , Varun Sharma , Richa Chadda , Ali Fazal , Manjot Singh , and Pankaj Tripathi in the pivotal roles.
Apart from Nawazuddin Siddiqui ’s ‘ Monsoon Shootout ’, no other big film is releasing this week, giving our Fukras more chance to shine at the box office.
