What an excellent feat Luv Ranjan ’s Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has achieved! Released on February 23rd, the film has now entered the prestigious 100 crores club. Starring Kartik Aaryan , Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh , the film has now achieved something that anyone would have hardly imagined. Even without any big actors and director, the film has reached the ultimate milestone and it only became possible because of pure content and a loyal fan base. Ranjan never changed his star cast, from his first film, Pyaar Ka Punchnama , till his fourth, the entire team glued together with each other and delivered a massive blockbuster hit.
SKTKS managed to achieve this feat on its 25th day at the box office, i.e. on its fourth Monday. The film faced stiff competition from several films but it stayed strong throughout and finally entered the elite 100 crores club. In the fourth week, the film earned 1.27 cr on Friday, on Saturday, it made 2.11 cr, the film managed to pocket 2.32 cr on Sunday and on its fourth Monday, the film minted 76 lakhs and took the grand total to Rs. 100.10 crores.
