While the film received positive reviews and made headlines due to Kapil's presence, it failed to perform well at the box office.
The movie has performed decently at the box office. According to trade reports, Nandita Das' directorial endeavour earned only Rs 0.25 crores on Day 4, bringing the film's total collection to Rs 2.09.
