Aamna Shariff Biography
Aamna Shariff is a well known TV actress and model. She appears in Hindi television shows. She became a household name after she appeared in a serial on Star Plus 'Kahiin To Hoga'. She was born on 16th July 1982 in Mumbai. Her father is Indian and her mother is Persian-Bahrain. She went to St. Anne's High School.
Aamna started her career when she was studying in the second year of college. She has appeared in the advertisements of following brands Beetal Mobile Phones, Close-Up , Emami, Clearasil, Nescafe and many more. She has also appeared in some music videos like 'Dil Ka Alam' ,'Yeh Kisne Jadoo Kiya' ,'Chalney Lagi Hai Hawain' and 'Nachana Kamal Tera'.
Aamna made her acting debut with Ekta Kapoor's serial 'Kahiin To Hoga' opposite Rajeev Khandelwal. She played the main lead in the serial and became a household name after that. Currently she is playing a female protagonist in a TV serial 'Hongey Juda Na Hum' on Sony Entertainment Television. She has bagged many awards for her performance for 'Kahiin To Hoga'.
Aamna made her silver screen debut with the film 'Aloo Chaat' with Aftab Shivdasani in the year 2009. The duo again appeared in the film 'Aao Wish Karein'. Her latest film was 'Shakal Pe Mat Ja' by Shubh Mukherjee where she played a supporting role.
Aamna is a brand ambassador for many brands like Bharat Plaza, Gem And Jewelry Creation , Kangan Fashion Jewellery , Sweet Dreams etc.
