Akash Khurana is one of the Bollywood's long time supporting actors, who has also contributed in direction and story writing for certain films. Akash Khurana's debut in the Bollywood came with the film 'Kalyug' in 1982. He also acted in the film 'Saaransh' (1984) in an antagonistic role as the chief minister. Throughout the 80s, he was seen in films like 'Naam' (1986),'Jalwa' (1987),'Kabzaa' (1988),'Jurrat' (1989).
He entered the 90s with films like 'Saudagar' (1990) and 'Vishkanya' (1991).He also performed in noted films of the decade such as 'Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja' (1993), 'Milan' (1995), 'Prem' (1995), 'Jaan' (1996) and 'Sarfarosh' (1999).
