Amit Mistri has been a part of the film scene since 2002 when he appeared with Perizaad Zorabian in Namaste: Say Hello to Love. Bus (2008) told the story of a boy and girl who meet in a bus.
He played the part of Vocal Vishal in Varun Khanna's Bad Luck Govind (2009). His other libration in 2009 is a comedy 99 which stars Kunal Khemu and Soha Ali Khan
