Aushima Sawhney is a Miss India 2005 finalist. With a height of 5 feet and 7 inches, she stands tall, but perhaps that is not sufficient to make it big in Bollywood.
She was launched by Pooja Bhatt in 2007 in her film Dhokha. The film didn't do too well.
She then appeared in Superstar (2008). Thouhg the film was liked by a small population, her role didn't quite stay in the audience's mind.
In the 2008 debacle Yuvvraj she played Nandita.
