Avinash Kumar Singh Biography
Avinash Kumar Singh is a new young talent in the Bollywood. He had just made his directorial debut in the Hindi film industry through the film 'Listen... Amaya'. The film got a rave review from one and all. The film stars Swara Bhaskar, Deepti Naval and Farooq Sheikh.
The director studied at The Army Public School, The Holy Cross Convent in Agartala , St. Joseph's School in Allahabad and Barnes School in Devlali. After completing studies, Avinash started his career by working on the television in the year 1998 as a researcher. He was a very dedicated researcher who also had the natural flair for writing. He worked as an anchor for the channels like BBC and Star. He did lots of work behind the camera too. Being a natural writer, he set up his own production house along with his wife named as Turtle on a Hammock Films. They have worked for various channels like Discovery , National Geographic Channel and many more.
He made a documentary named as Light on the Dark side. He wrote one TV series documentary known as Chhattisgarh : The Tribal Planet. Then he wrote and directed his first feature film 'Listen... Amaya' under his production house.
