Ayub Khan is an Indian actor born on February 23, 1969 in Mumbai. He inherits the filmy genes his father Nasir Khan being an actor and young brother of legendary Dilip Kumar, while his mother Begum Para was the reigning actress of 1950s. His maternal connection also relates him to the actress Amrita Singh.
In 1992, Ayub debuted with film 'Mashooq', starring opposite Ayesha Jhulka. Thereafter, he had a slow but consistent career with at least one release per year. He has acted mainly in supporting roles in the films like 'Khilona', 'Mrityudand', 'Mela'(2000), 'Dil Chahta Hai', 'Qayamat'(2003), 'Gangaajal', 'Apaharan' and many others. More than films, his television career has been prosperous. He is known for his character role in the TV serials like 'Sambandh', 'Rakhi- Ek Atoot Rishte Ki Door' and 'Uttaran'.
On the personal front, Ayub is presently married to award-winning fashion designer Niharika Khan and the couple has two daughters named Tahura and Zohra.
