Darsheel Safary Biography
Darsheel Safary is a talented child actor and dancer of Bollywood. He gained fame with the 2007 movie 'Taare Zameen Par', playing a dyslexic child.
Darsheel Safary was born on March 9, Year 1996. At age eleven, Safary became the youngest person to win and get nominated at the Filmfare Award ceremony, earning a Filmfare Critics Award for Best Performance. He is also the youngest actor and the first child actor to receive a Best Leading Actor nomination at the Filmfare. In 2006, while looking for a male lead for the movie 'Taare Zameen Par', director Amole Gupte came across Darsheel Safary who was spotted by him in Shaimak Davar's dancing school "Summer Funk". Amol took hundreds of audition of different kids to then finally zeroed on Darsheel Safary. He had given a scene in which the kids needed to describe how they would bunk classes after being given some situations. Darsheel had a mischief in his eyes to be Ishaan. Everyone liked him unanimously.
Darsheel has endorsed quite a few brands. He has appeared in movies like Priyadarshan's 'Bumm Bumm Bole' (2010) and 'Zokkomon' (2011) as the lead actor. He also took part in Television Reality Show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 5.
