Gaelyn Mendonca Biography
Gaelyn Mendonca is the bundle of talent, with exceptional communication skills and remarkable dancing prowess. Born on November 5, 1988 at Mumbai, she went to St. Joseph School and further attended St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. She holds the prestige of winning Street Dance Competition for five consecutive years at Malhar fest, held by the college.
Gaelyn marched in glamour world, right in college days, where she walked the ramp for 'Lakme Fashion Week'. Soon after her college, she anchored 'Cool Quotient' show on NDTV Good Times. Later, this ambitious beauty participated in MTV VJ hunt, her well-versed communication skills got her enlisted. Since then, she has been MTV bandwagon. She has hosted numerous shows for MTV like 'Ultimate DJ Championship', 'House of Style', 'Gone in 60 Seconds', 'One Short Plot', 'Pepsi MTV Wassup', 'Tic Tac MTV College Beat' and 'Axe MTV Grind'. Gaelyn has also hosted the Cricket World Cup 2011.
While Gaelyn was still a VJ at MTV, her outlandish charm caught the attention of filmmakers. She was signed by Rohan Sippy for his movie, 'Nautanki Saala!', opposite Ayushman Khurana. This Mendonca girl is free-spirited and is kindling her steps in B-Town. She can certainly be the next big thing in Bollywood.
