Habib Faisal Biography
Habib Faisal is the famous screenwriter in the Hindi film industry. He also has directed one film named 'Do Dooni Chaar' in 2010 starring Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. The director has won the Filmfare award for the best dialogues for the film 'Do Dooni Chaar'. He has written the film 'Salaam Namaste' by Siddharth Raj Anand starring Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan. Then he wrote 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom' starring Preity Zinta and Abhishek Bachchan. He has also written Siddharth Raj Anand's one more film 'Tara Rum Pum' starring Rani Mukherjee and Saif Ali Khan. All the three films are made under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Besides writing for YRF banner , he wrote the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in 2010 starring Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma.
The writer has studied at the prestigious Jamia Milia Islamia University in Delhi. He also has directed one TV serial named as 'Laavanya'. He has worked with the news channel NDTV as a camera person. The director wrote and directed the critically acclaimed film 'Ishaqzaade' starring Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in the year 2012. He has also written dialogues for the film 'Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl' starring Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Parineeti Chopra.
