Huma Qureshi Biography
Young and dynamic Huma Qureshi is a budding Bollywood Star. Her most notable movie is 'Gangs of Wasseypur 2'. Huma was born on July 28, 1986 to a Restaurateur in Delhi. She has a brother named Saqib Saleem who, being an actor, was seen in the movie 'Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge'. The youngster worked in theatres in Delhi with a few talented directors. Then, she moved to Mumbai and started shooting for television commercials for brands like Samsung Guru, Nerolac, Saffola Oil etc. She has featured in T.V ads with big Bollywood superstars like Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan.
While shooting an ad with Aamir, director Anurag Kashyap noticed this talented lass and promised to cast Huma in his next film. She later got a role in 'Gangs of Wasseypur 2' as per promise from the director. She has also appeared in Anurag Kashyap's co-produced 'Luv shuv Tey Chicken Khurana' (2012) which was a Rom-com. Huma is all set for her next release 'Ek Thi Daayan', a horror flick directed by Kannan Iyer and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd. After that she also has Nikhil Advani's 'D-Day' in her kitty. The damsel is on her way towards success with so many offers pouring in.
