Jayashree Talpade is an Indian actress.
Jayashree's Career
She is a very good professional dancer and got immense popularity with her famous dance numbers like Naach meri jaan phataphat from Main Sundar hoon (1971), Reshmi ujala hai from Sharmilee (1971), Sultana Sultana from Tarana (1979).
Raaz (1967), Chanda aur bijlee (1970), Jaani Dushman (1979), Shoukeen (1982), Andar Bahar (1985), Ghar Ghar ki kahani (1988) and Ghar ho to aisa (1990) are some of her popular Hindi films . She besides acted in few Bhojpuri cinemas like Bitiya Chalal Sasural, Hamar Bhauji, Ghar Dwar, Sawan Bhado. And played a lead role in Marathi cinema Tooch Maazi Rani opposite actor Amol Palekar.
In 1975 she was nominated for the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award for Resham Ki Dori. In Shah Rukh Khan starring Chalte Chalte (2003) she played actor Satish Shah's married woman. And was also seen in Sridevi's Meri Biwi Ka Jawaab Nahin (2004).
