Kiran Rathod Biography
Kiran Rathod is an actress who mainly appears in south Indian films. She was born on 11th January 1981 in Jaipur. She studied at Mithibai College in Mumbai. Famous actress Raveena Tandon his her cousin sister.
Kiran started her career by appearing in Hindi Pop Music videos. In 1990, Hindi film producers recognized her in one of her music videos. Her first film was Subhash Ghai's 'Yaadein' with Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan. She essayed a role of Monishka, Hrithik's fiance in the film. The film was a flop. After that she appeared in many unsuccessful films like 'Be Careful' ,'Jaani Dushman' etc. Then she moved to south Indian films. Kiran has appeared in many Telugu and Tamil films like 'Gemini', 'Anbe Sivam' ,'Villain' ,'Winner' ,'New' and 'Diwan' etc. She was paired with the successful actors like Vikram, Kamal Haasan, Ajit Kumar, Prashant, R. Sarathkumar etc. Her performance in these films was loved and appreciated by the south Indian audiences.
Recently she was seen in the Hindi movie 'Ata Pata Lapata' with Rajpal Yadav and Ashutosh Rana. The movie was directed by Rajpal Yadav. She has featured in the movie 'Kushal-Mangal' as well.
