Pradeep Singh Rawat Biography
The face of Ghajini, Pradeep Singh Rawat, has played both positive and negative roles in films.
Some of his Bollywood films are
Pradeep's first film was the Sunny Deol starrer Samundar (1986), in which he played a Naval Officer.
In Mukul Anand's Agneepath (1990) he played Amitabh Bachchan's sidekick.
Koyla (1997) saw him in the role of a cop.
He played Sultan, one of the wrong doers, in the superhit Sarfarosh (1999).
In Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001), the film that almost got India an Oscar, he played a tough Sardar.
Sye (2004) marked his entry into Tollywood, in which he played a local goon.
His other Telugu include: Andarivaadu (2005), Chatrapathi (2005), Lakshmi (2006), Hanumanthu (2006), Yogi (2007), Desamuduru (2007), Jagadam (2007), Raksha (2008) and Mesthri (2009).
His films Kasko and Asal are due to release in 2009.
He has beside appeared in the Tamil film Thotti Jaya (2005).
Pradeep played the role of Ghajini in the film Ghajini, in its Tamil, Telugu and Hindi version. All three were blockbusters.
