Bollywood film actress,Rimi Sen is the rising star in the Hindi film industry. Originally known as Shubhomitra Sen; Rimi Sen hails from Kolkata, West Bengal. 'Bollywood's Lucky Mascot' is the nick-name of Rimi Sen in the industry. Rimi was born on 21st September, 1981. The new heartthrob Rimi Sen acted in multiple Hindi movies like 'Hungama', 'Garam Masala', 'Golmaal', 'Dhoom', 'Dhoom 2', 'Baghban', 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Johnny Gaddaar', 'De Taali', 'Kyon Ki', 'Hattrick', 'Sankat City', 'Thank You'. Most of her films turned out to be blockbuster hits.

'Hungama' was Rimi's Hindi debut movie in 2003. 'Hungama' by Vijay Galani was a comic-flick that also starred Akshaye Khanna and Aftab Shivdasani in lead roles, as well as Paresh Rawal and Shoma Anand. 'Dhoom', 'Golmaal' and 'Garam Masala' were some of the big budget films, in which Rimi bagged interesting roles to play. The charismatic Rimi reduced her weight by eight kilos for her role in the movie 'Dhoom'. The film 'Dhoom' was a Yashraj production.
