Sahila Chaddha is an actress who took the plunge into acting in the 80s. Since then she has acted in a few films, sometimes as the lead actress and at other times in supporting roles.

Sahila Chaddha took part in the Miss India competition in 1984 and the same year played the lead role in Sheela (1984). Sheela was Tarzans female counterpart.
She was seen in the horror film Veerana (1988). She took on a supporting role in the Madhuri Dixit starrer Sailaab (1990). In Sooraj R. Barjatyas mega-hit, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, she acted the role of Rita who is infatuated with Prem.
In 1998, she acted in Tirchi Topiwale and since then she has been seen in films of a religious nature like Jai Santoshi Maa (2006) and Tulsi : Mathrudevobhava (2008).
