Sherlyn Chopra Biography
Mona Chopra is an Indian actor born on February 11, 1984 in Hyderabad, India. She is known in the film industry with the name of Sherlyn Chopra. She is the hybrid of Christian and Muslim ancestry, her father being a Christian doctor while her mother is Persian Muslim. She has done her schooling from Stanley Girl's High School and attended Saint Ann's College in Secunderabad. This is when she participated in a beauty pageant and won the title of Miss Andhra. Thereafter, she set her career in modeling which probably leaded her to acting.
In 2002, Sherlyn debuted as an actor in a Telugu film 'Vendi Mabbu' and after three years she stepped in Bollywood with film 'Time Pass'. Later she was seen in supporting role in the films like 'Dosti' (2005), 'Jawani Diwani' (2006), 'Game' (2007), 'Raqeeb', 'Red Swastik' and 'Dil Bole Hadippa!' She has also featured in Television reality show 'Bigg Boss' as a celebrity contestant and 'MTV Spitsvilla as host.
