Shivani Kapur Biography
Shivani Kapur is a British model born on September 20, 1984. Till the age of fourteen years, Shivani was the student of a Sydenham-based school in South London. After that, she shifted to India for pursuing a modeling career. She was a trained classical singer when she was in the school. Once, she revealed that she had acquired four years training in London to sing for operas. Her runway performance gets even better if a good music accompanies her, as she said.
She commenced modeling, when she was just fourteen years old. Shivani Kapur is the cousin of Bollywood actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Shivani was fourteen years old, when she did modeling for the Asian Woman & Bride magazine. In 2001, when she won the title of Lakme 'Face of the Year', Shivani was seventeen years old. Shivani Kapur has participated in Lakme India Fashion Week held in Mumbai as well.
The model has signed with the eminent director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his upcoming movie 'Bajirao Mastani'. The movie is a story of King Peshwa Bajirao and a courtesan.
