This Indian model and actress is also known as Trisha. Primarily, Trisha appears in South Indian cinema and she is one of the established actresses there. Trisha entered the filmdom after winning various beauty pageants, such as Miss Madras contest as well as Miss Salem beauty pageant in the year 1999. Trisha is also the winner of 'Beautiful Smile' award in Miss India 2001 pageant.
Tamil movie 'Jodi' was her first film in 1999 and she appeared in a supporting role in this flick. Trisha got to essay the lead role in 'Mounam Pesiyadhe' in 2002. Trisha Krishnan is born on 4 May, 1983 in Chennai in a Palakkad Iyer family. Trisha done her schooling from Chennai-based Sacred Heart Matriculation School. The young lady even pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ethiraj Women's College in Chennai. She rose to fame post her successful Tamil flicks 'Ghilli' and 'Saamy' and Telugu flick 'Varsham'. The actress even received South Filmfare Best Actress Award for this. Some other movies like 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' and 'Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule'. Trisha Krishnan entered in Bollywood with the film 'Khatta Meetha' alongside Akshay Kumar.
Trisha Krishnan appeared in a music video of 'Meri Chunar Ud Ud Jaye' by Falguni Pathak. The director Priyadarshan approached her for casting her in a Tamil flick 'Lesa Lesa' and that's what became responsible for the beginning of Trisha's filmy career.
