SONAM REVEALED ABOUT HER PRENATAL JOURNEY ON INSTAGRAM
The actress recently wrote on Instagram about her prenatal journey, she said her prenatal journey was quite different. She was very sure she wanted to have as natural a journey as possible that would lead to a natural delivery with as little ingervention as possible.
She further added that she decided to take help of a gentle birth method with Dr Gowra Motha. Sonam also adds about Dr Motha, that Dr Motha had written a book called Gentle Birth Method that throws light on how to deal with prenatal journey.
