Deepika Padukone looked absolutely resplendent at the star-studded engagement party of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai on Thursday.
Dressed in a vermilion red saree, the actress attended the event looking like a million bucks alongside hubby Ranveer Singh (who was donning a blue sherwani at the event).
The red-and-gold organza saree has been curated by the designer label Torani Official. DP, whose love for sarees is well-known, styled the six-yard outfit gorgeously.
Featuring heavy dori embroidered, along with sequin work, chevron lace and hand adda work, the silk saree had an impressive sheen which exuded a royal, sophisticated vibe.
Deepika accessorised her red saree with a statement diamond necklace. Her hair was tied in a puffy bun and the backless blouse only added to the overall classy appeal.
Listed as 'Sindoori Taashi Saari' on the designer's website, the saree has been priced at Rs. 1,49,500. One can buy it online from Torani's official website.
On professional front, Deepika Padukone is gearing up for the release of 'Pathaan' in which she stars alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The film will release on January 25, 2023.
DP has also committed to star opposite Baahubali actor Prabhas in Project K, a Telugu-Hindi bilingual science fiction film helmed by filmmaker Nag Ashwin.
Besides, the 37-year-old actress will also feature alongside Hrithik Roshan in Siddharth Anand's action flick 'Fighter'.
