Yami Gautam is the girl we all knew from that fairness cream brand’s advertisement before she exploded on to the silver screen with Shoojit Sircar’s National Award-winning film Vicky Donor (2012) alongside debutant Ayushman Khurana.
Ever since her debut, she has been part of a slew of high-profile projects, including Badlapur (2015), Kaabil (2017), Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019), and Bala (2019).
Yami Gautam is the perfect epitome of the girl next door, judging by the kind of roles she has essayed so far on the screen, and that reflects in her personal style of dressing.
The Sanam Re (2016) actress recently posted a picture of herself in a classy attire which she wore at the wrap up party of her upcoming film A Thursday. She is effortlessly stylish and the midnight blue maxi dress only added to her charm.
Stylist Manisha Melwani put her in this outfit by a Delhi based design house “LOVEBIRDS”. It’s an A-line shift dress held together with shoulder straps. Denim like finishing stitches complement the surface. Gautam wore a bold red lip colour with side parting hair. Matte white nails stood out and the kite shaped earrings and chunky rings complemented the frame. She opted white peep toe heels for comfort and carried a slouchy bag by the Italian label MaxMara.
On the work front, Yami Gautam has just completed shooting for RSVP Movies’ A Thursday, set at Netflix. She also headlines Maddock Films’ Dasvi, co-starring Abhishek Bachchan and Nimrat Kaur, and Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s Lost. All films are slated to release in 2022.
